Marlon Aranha, our General Manager, will attend to every detail during your visit. Marlon joins The National Hotel after selling his restaurant in a Washington DC suburb, and previously managed the top and most prestigious Indian restaurant, Taj Palace, in Montclair, NJ for fifteen years. You are sure to notice his experience, keen eye for detail and management skills. Marlon has years of experience supervising restaurant and bar staff, developing menus, creating staff training manuals and hiring experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
