Marlon joins The National Hotel after selling his restaurant in a Washington DC suburb, and previously managed the top and most prestigious Indian restaurant, Taj Palace, in Montclair, NJ for fifteen years. You are sure to notice his experience, keen eye for detail and management skills. Marlon has years of experience supervising restaurant and bar staff, developing menus, creating staff training manuals and hiring experienced chefs and kitchen staff.

Ron Rittenhouse, our executive chef, brings nearly two decades of culinary expertise. His bio  demonstrates his love of Hunterdon County local produce, traditional culinary arts training, with a flair for interspersing authentic international spices into his dishes, ultimately creating a juxtaposition of flavors that stretch the diners’ palate for a unique and savory experience. Kasey Goyette, our lead bartender, brings over a decade of experience in the bar and restaurant industry, having worked for prestigious and historic area establishments.
